PERSONEL & ADMINISTRATIVE AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT

Since establishment of HIAST, Personnel and Administrative Affairs Department is one of three divisions under General Management Department. Since the Quarter 2/2006, the Management has decided to split General Management Department into three parts according to the functions and operation management: Accounting - Finance, Facilities Management and Organization - Administration. Therefore Personnel and Administrative Affairs Department was established under Decision No. 02/QD-HDQT on January 5th 2007.

 Currently, Head of Department is Mr. Nguyen Duy Nghia.

 Main Duties:

- To consult the Board and Rector on the organization of staff, personnel management, administrative management, the protection of security, college’s property, healthcare, fire safety and sanitation at college.

 - To assist the Board and Rector on building apparatus; coordinate the recruitment and management staff, faculties; organize the implementation of regulations and policies on personnel management.

- To helping the Rector on administrative management, archives, healthcare management for staff, lecturers and students as well.

- To create and keep sustainable relations with local government agencies where college locate; organize to coordinate and maintenance the security, safety at all training facilities of the college.
