HIAST

Finance and Planning Department was separated from the General Management Department and was established under Decision No. 33/QD-HDQT on August 25th 2006.

Current Head is Mrs. Nguyen Thi Don

Functions:

- To consult with the Board and Rector on the management of financial operations and accounting regime; implement of centralized management and effective use of financial resources of college under the regulations of the State. Main Tasks:

- To develop and implement a financial plan, regulations of internal spending, spending salaries, wages and allowances for staff, faculties, and scholarships for students.

- To collect tuition fees and other payments from students.

- To organize the financial revenue and accounting expenditure; proposed deduction and remittance of funds and the use of funds.

- To coordinate with the Equipment & Facilities Management Department on the implementation of the annual property inventory and management efficiently.
